What we collect

The site uses no cookies, analytics, or tracking. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Why and on what basis

We use your message only to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or our working relationship, and longer only where Italian tax or accounting law requires it.

Who else sees it

Email is handled by Google Workspace and the site is hosted by Netlify. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. These providers may process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to or restrict how we use it, by writing to rs@peak-v.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, at garanteprivacy.it.
